Asked why Paul chose this subject:

"I have been intrigued, amazed and amused by owls and birds of prey since I was a child visiting my grandparents' house - Birds' Haven. It was like a bird hospital, all sorts of birds were looked after by my Grandma - her affection for birds has made a lasting impression on me.” says Paul. “I love visiting the International Centre for Birds of Prey, which carries out great work with sick birds as well as worldwide conservation through breeding. The founder and handlers have given me amazing access for this project.”.
